Chapter 8: Pre possession walk through

Tomorrow Oct 3 is a my pre possession walk through date. My understanding is that the superintendent will walk me through the house 🏡 and show me where things are and how things work in the house... think about it as an orientation to your new home. The appointment will take about 2-3 hours.  I’m not sure what to expect yet. I’m hoping that the house would be almost at 100% completion taking into consideration that I take possession of the house on Oct 10.  I know I owe you guys some pictures. I will take some tomorrow when I get to see the inside and outside of my house. 

I will update this post after tomorrow activity is completed.

    Hello... just came across your blog. Very interesting read!! But you have left us hanging. Where's the rest of the story and more importantly whats your post posession experience. That was an area of concern in your earlier post when deciding to go with Jayman.

Chapter 2.1: Trico or Jayman??? (Cont.)

Continue on from Chaper 2 ... in this chapter I'm going to give you few more aspects I considered during the decision making process. Social Review : Another common thing people do these days when the information is at the tip of your finger is to google about the company they are interested in... so did I. I googled the reviews on Trico and Jayman on the internet and the first thing that popped up was reviews by HomeStars. I was blown away by the good reviews Trico had. They scored 9 out of 10 with a little over 330 reviews (that is a lot!). This is no joke to me. It's not easy to get such a consistent good review from 300+ customer reviews. They got fantastic reviews all the way from the sales office, during the building process to warranty after possession.
